  • Do you offer accessible rooms for disabled guests?

    Yes, we do. Please contact the hotel reception if you would like to book an accesible room.


  • Is there parking available at the hotel?

    We have an agreement with a public car park, which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. It costs 25€ per night which is payable at th ehotel reception. We reccommend taht you give us notice if you would like to park there so we can try to reserve you a space. Especially on busy days! (Other options are available, please contact the Hotel Reception for more information.)


  • What time is reception open?

    Our front desk is open daily from 8.30am – 8.30pm. If you´re arriving after the reception closing time, one of the team in our on-site Restaurant, El Disparate will be available until midnight to check you in or offer any information that you may need. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving after 8.30pm so that we can also supply you with the passcode for the front door.


  • Can I book breakfast online? How much is it?

    Yes, you can book your breakfast online whilst you´re booking your room. Breakfast is 6€ per person.


  • Can I bring my pet?

    Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms.


  • Where can I see the room rates?

  • Are the rates per person or per room?

    Yes, you can. We have Double and Twin rooms.


  • Can I book two different rooms?

    Yes, you can. We have Double and Twin rooms.


  • Is there Wifi available in the Hotel/Room?

    Yes, we offer high quality FREE WIFI in all our rooms and common areas. 


  • What sizes are the rooms?

    The rooms vary from 13m2 to 16m2.


  • Can I reserve a table in your restaurant?

  • Can I smoke in the room?

    All of our rooms have a NO-SMOKING policy. However, you can always use our rooftop terrace to have a cigarette.


  • Do you offer child rates?

    We can put a cot for small children into the room for you, depending on availability. Children from 5 years old, can either sleep for free in their parents' bed or they can have an extra bed (depending on availability) with a small charge.
Children from the age of 12, must have an extra bed.
    Please let reception know when booking if you need any of these in your room.


  • Can I use the common areas and the restaurant after checking out?

    Of course, you can enjoy our on-site facilities. This includes the Reception, Terrace and The Restaurant.


  • Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or feather-free pillows, possible?

    Yes, please let us know in advance so we can prepare a gluten-free breakfast for you. All of our pillows and mattresses are anti-allergen and we have 100% cotton sheets and duvet covers.



  • What should I do, if I´ve lost or forgot something in my room?

    Please get in touch with Reception as soon as possible so that we can search the room or deal with the loss.
