Is parking available at the hotel?
We have an agreement with a public parking 10 minutes far walking from the hotel, where you can park your car for 25 eur/night. We recommend you to give us notice in advance so that we can reserve you a spot on the parking, especially on busy days
What are the reception opening hours?
We have our front-desk opened from 7am until 10 pm every day. After that time, we have an all night automatic check-in to the hotel.
Keys will be provided on arrival after entering the password into our check-in machine.
Please let us know in advance if you will arrive after 11 pm so that we can send you the password to use the check-in machine.
Can I also book breakfast online? What does it cost?
Yes, you can book your breakfast online when booking your room.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed in our hotel rooms.

Yes, you can. We have different bed sizes, You can book a double bed (width of 1,35m or 1,50m) or twin beds.

Yes, we offer high quality FREE WIFI on all our rooms and common areas.
Which size are the rooms?
They vary from 13 m2 to 16 m2.

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
All rooms have a NO-SMOKING policy, but you can always use our rooftop terrace to have a cigarette.
Do you offer child rates?
We can arrage a cot for little kids (depending on availability). From 5 years old, they can sleep for free in their parents' bed or they can have an extra bed (depending on availability) with a small supplement.
From 12 years of age, they must have an extra bed.
Can I use the common areas and the restaurant after checking out?
Of course, you can enjoy our facilities, library and restaurant.
Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals or feather-free pillows, manageable?
Yes, please let us know in advance so we can fix a gluten-free breakfast for you. All of our pillows and mattresses are suitable for allergic people.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can deal with the loss and try to bring it back to you in some way.
